DeleteRegarding "Criminal" there's a controversy - some thinks it's official too, but some claims it's not. Whether it's official or not - there's no doubt that it's factory-made by Chinese official labels.
There are another versions of TTWE & IWG, which are very similar to the Chinese versions of HIAM, S&S, OLL & WB, as well as "Perfume" & "Alien" - these releases are factory-made in China but are not related to RCA in any way - but these are NOT bootlegs. There is no copyrights law in China, so each label may release anything it want to. Some of these contain unofficial remixes and are less-well made than the other versions of TTWE & IWG as well as "Crimial", and that is why I think it's official. It looks different than the other releases and contains only official remixes - same tracklist as iTunes, and is much better-made.

ReplyDeleteThese China EPs are unofficial. RCA didn't release these in any physical maxi-single(except promo single). Many popular singer like Madonna, Kylie and of course Britney also have these unofficial China EPs.
