"Radar" has been released as a single twice - In 2008, it was supposed to be the 4th single from Britney's 5th studio album "Blackout", but a short time after its radio release, it had been cancelled and most copies of the promo CD were dropped & destroyed. Later that year, the song was included as a bonus track in Britney's 6th studio album "Circus", and eventually been released in 2009 as the 4th single from that album. This is the 2008 USA shelved edition.
